One on One Consultations
During this two hour individual holistic health consultation (intended to change your future), Jost draws upon 25 years of experience within the health industry as a drug and alcohol counselor, an acupuncturist, a therapist, lecturer, successful author and spiritual seeker, but also his own history of addiction, depression, psychosis and recovery which provides real insight. Using the diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Jost provides each client with an insightful and revelatory analysis of their physical, spiritual and emotional health. Clients are then provided with a customised program catering to their personal needs, circumstance and environment.
A one-on-one sessions includes:
