This is Jost’s most immersive offering — a private, one-on-one program delivered across a single week for people who are ready to stop circling and start shifting.

Most coaching works incrementally — a session here, a session there, slow progress over months. The Intensive compresses that timeline. Four 3-hour sessions across a single week give Jost the depth to work through the layers that single sessions can identify but can’t always fully resolve. Between sessions, you follow personalised practices that accelerate what’s moving.

People book this when they’ve hit a wall, when they’re at a crossroads, or when they know something fundamental needs to change and they want it done properly — not in six months, but now.

What you’ll work on:

Every Intensive is individually tailored. Depending on your situation, Jost may work with you on:

• Reading and clearing your energy field — identifying what’s blocked, stagnant, or ready to shift
• Releasing the imprints and reactive patterns that have been running your life beneath the surface
• Activating your body’s energy systems through specific chi cultivation and internal alchemy practices
• Alchemising your existing skills, knowledge and experience into a new direction
• Connecting you to your deeper purpose and the path you want your life to follow
• Expanding into upper circuit states for greater clarity, perception and presence

Your week:

The program follows a purposeful rhythm — intensity, integration, then deeper work:

Monday & Tuesday — 3-hour intensive sessions with Jost (10am-1pm) Wednesday — Self-guided integration day. Based on what emerges in your first two sessions, Jost assigns personalised practices for this day — reflective work, movement, time in nature, or quiet inner work. This day is tailored to you and is a vital part of the process. Thursday & Friday — 3-hour intensive sessions with Jost (10am-1pm)

The Wednesday integration day is what separates this from simply booking four sessions in a row. It gives your system time to process and reorganise before the second phase goes deeper.

For in-person intensives, accommodation, meals, and transport are self-managed. We’ll send recommendations for local accommodation and places to eat so you can create your own rhythm around the sessions.
