This pattern is caused by a combination of ongoing longterm anger and frustration; the inability to manage stress, plus excessive thinking and an unhealthy diet (irregular meals, excessive cold or raw foods, or a protein deficient diet). This combination causes ‘heat’ and internal ‘dampness’.
Symptoms:
Fever, scanty dark urine, fullness and pain in chest, jaundice, bitter taste, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, vaginal discharge, vaginal itching and pain, redness or swelling of the scrotum.
