This is a constitutional pattern (you can be born with it) characterised by a lack of courage, timidity and poor decision making, that can then affect the way you live. It can also develop as a result of malnourishment, in particular from a protein deficient diet, or from diets that make you emotionally and physically weak and feel fearful about life. Gallbladder deficiency can also be caused by long-term resentment from not following up on plans and goals, usually due to fear. It can also be developed during childhood from being bullied or never encouraged and only reproached.
Symptoms:
Dizziness, blurred vision, eye floaters, nervousness, timidity, propensity to being easily startled, lack of courage and initiative, sighing, waking up early and instantly worrying.
