Intuition and the Thinning Veil
Is your gut telling you to meditate and be vegetarian?
I’m finding that gut instinct has increased lately, on two levels. Firstly regarding intuition. All psychics, channels and spiritual leaders agree that the ‘veil’ has thinned, the higher realms are more accessible than ever. We can tap into guidance and higher consciousness way more easily than ever before.
I can feel this in my meditation. It became noticeable just after 2020 and has been intensifying daily ever since. So much so that every now and then I wonder if I can even ‘get back’. Cosmic connection feelings stay with me, sometimes long into the day.
The Physical Impact: Gut and Digestion
Then there’s the gut and digestion.
I’ve noticed bloating is becoming more of an issue for many people. My theory is that these intense, stirring times have a physical impact on us. It’s like someone is dialling up the amps, frequencies move through us and they can store or stagnate in the gut.
This may be why growing numbers of Lots of people feel they can’t eat meat anymore (meat is considered dense or ‘low frequency’) and are being drawn toward plant-based foods (light or higher frequency).
I can relate! I have been doing way more vegetarian cooking lately—but making sure it’s vegetarian ‘comfort food’! That means yummy, cozy, nurturing meals (not cold or raw) that support the process of transformation.
For this you need the right ingredients and right cooking technique to get the alchemical transformative effect. Lately I’ve been working with lentils and layers.
RECIPE: 5D Leap Lentil Layer
Lentil Base
Soak overnight:
- Lentils (in 3 x the water)
- Apple cider vinegar
- Himalayan pink salt (quite a lot)
- Mustard seeds, cumin seeds and dill seeds (must be seeds)
- Cracked pepper
Next day: Simmer for 30 – 45 minutes and introduce alchemy
Stir occasionally always in a clockwise direction. Slowly add up to 15ml cold-pressed olive oil (this is for two serves). Visualise the cosmic clock and put an intent “longevity and power” into it. Feel the higher energies moving into you.
Food is earth element, and earth is about receiving. Through this action you will receive cosmic chi and it will store in the food. I stir 5 times to honour alchemical mathematics and the five phases of change.
Amp up the base?
If you want extra power add 3 tablespoons of sprouted brown rice protein powder. Brown rice is a super potent catalyst for muscle growth stimulation. It is very effective for weight control as it increases the muscle to fat ratio.
If the mix feels too lumpy with the protein, add almond milk until its smooth but also ‘solid’ because it’s going to form a base and the veggies get put on top of this.
Veggie Topping
In another pot cook lots of fresh green veg in almond milk. Add herbs like basil, a pinch of smoked paprika, white pepper (or black). Cook for a few minutes.
For the ‘comfort’ vibe add a bit of cornmeal and simmer until its nice and creamy, for extra creamy mash in an avocado.
If it gets too thick add a bit more almond milk. When its finished, mix in a tablespoon of cold pressed olive oil to get that uncooked olive taste.
Now there’s 2 complimentary alchemical properties – cooked olive oil in the lentil base and raw in the veggie topping.
*To serve: put the vegetable mix on top of the lentil base and don’t mix!
This is a meal that digests the high frequencies!

What we’re experiencing isn’t random. The intensifying cosmic energies are real, measurable through increased solar activity and shifts in Earth’s electromagnetic field. Our bodies – especially our gut, which contains more neurons than our spinal cord – are highly sensitive receivers.
