This creates transmission quality – you’re receiving wisdom that’s been tested, refined, and embodied over decades, not learned from books or weekend trainings. The depth of guidance available simply cannot be replicated through shorter-term practice.

Do I need prior experience with Taoist practices or meditation?

No prior experience is required. However, you do need willingness to commit to daily embodiment practices. Jost meets you at your current level and provides practices specifically calibrated for your system and lifestyle. What matters is your commitment to doing the work, not your previous experience.

I’m a high-level executive/entrepreneur – will this work with my schedule?

Yes. Jost understands the demands of peak performance and creates practices that integrate with intense schedules. Many clients are executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders who need sustainable high performance, not escape from responsibility. The coaching is designed to enhance your effectiveness, not compete with it.

Can this work be done entirely online, or do I need to meet in person?

All sessions are conducted via video call. The quality and effectiveness of the work is fully maintained online. Jost has worked online with clients globally  for years, and the cosmic channeling, customized guidance, and embodiment training translate completely through this medium.

What if I’m not sure I’m ‘spiritual enough’ or ‘advanced enough’?

‘Advanced’ isn’t about how much you know or how spiritual you are – it’s about your readiness to embrace change. If you’re willing to take up some simple daily practices, are keen to discard patterns that are holding you back and inspired to nurture your spiritual  you’re ready!

How do I know if this is worth the investment?

Consider: What’s the cost of continuing without clarity? How much longer do you want to navigate this alone? What’s your time worth when major decisions are at stake? Master-level guidance condenses years of trial and error into focused transmission. For high performers, this level of clarity and direction typically pays for itself many times over through better decisions, reduced stress, and aligned action. If you’re serious about transformation, this is the most efficient path.

What’s the time commitment beyond the sessions?

Plan for 20-30 minutes of daily embodiment practice. This is how the transformation anchors in your biology. However, these practices are designed to enhance your performance and presence, not add burden. Many clients find they become more efficient and effective, so the time investment yields immediate returns in productivity and clarity.

Can I continue working with Jost after the 5-session intensive?

Yes. Many clients continue with periodic sessions (monthly or quarterly) for ongoing support as their practice deepens and new challenges arise. After the initial intensive, you have a strong foundation and can choose the frequency that serves your continued evolution.
