In this highly entertaining and informative workshop, Jost shares simple clock-based lifestyle edits that naturally boost energy levels, improve focus, improve sleep, increase productivity and enable you to better handle stress. But, most importantly, you’ll discover the real purpose for making these changes which is to put yourself back into the cosmic picture and turn your life into a quest to find your ‘cosmic self’.

You’ll find out how to work with your chi; tap into the power of your ‘chi organs’ and unlock your emotional and spiritual assets. Plus how to catch some cosmic momentum each day, and align with the universal intelligence (Dao) so that events will unfold that benefit you physically, emotionally,  and spiritually.

The workshop ends with a spontaneous chi gung session to feel the power within.

Jost is an addiction expert. He developed a new lifestyle-based recovery system, founded and ran numerous rehabs, specialized in treating high-functioning addicts, and is author of three books on addiction (published by Allen and Unwin).
