It’s time to eclipse yourself

I had no idea the eclipse was going to be a big spiritual deal.

Astrology is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine, and it’s understood (and explained) that we are naturally cosmically connected, but I don’t follow astrological events closely, I just keep doing my stuff regardless ( I’m following the chi-cycle so I’m automatically connected).

But I was meditating outside at 4.30am when the solar eclipse happened here (Australia).

I was facing east into the woods around the house, it was still dark, but it felt really eerie, like a strange lightness or atmosphere in the dark, and then something shifted.

Later I noticed that the intense tiredness of the previous weeks, that so many people (myself included) just couldn’t shake, had lifted like a veil.

And since then, people have been telling me that they feel different, uplifted, optimistic, energised. Or they sense that something has ended or started but can’t put into words exactly what that means.

The psychics who tap into spiritual guides, say new portals have now opened, vibrations have lifted and a higher consciousness has entered.

I can definitely sense that in my meditation and chi practice, and I reckon spiritual practice is sooooo important now because it unites our consciousness with the cosmic consciousness, which is how we get the best ‘reception’ for the latest spiritual upload.

Some people think that whatever this shift is, it won’t last, and that we should make the most of it before it goes. But whether that happens of not, we can make it permanent. And we should definitely be making the most of it, but we do that by making the most of ourselves.

Catch that lightness, optimism or uplift and use it to kickstart physical, emotional and spiritual health, take it all up a level, and eclipse yourself! Transform what you no longer want or need, physically or emotionally, into energy for the new.

We’ve got backing for this now, stronger than ever. If we make the most of ourselves, we can help make the most of the planet!

There’s a renewed ‘get healthy’ vibe out there along with this shift. It’s inspiring people to make healthy changes. 

Since this usually starts with taking up a ‘healthy diet’ I’ve just done a youtube vid, with what I’ve learned over decades of research, to help people cut to the core of what a healthy diet means holistically.

The perfect diet is not about food! Chi comes first, diet comes second. This video busts the myths about grains, diets, protein sources and more because a lot of what is out there about healthy diets is isolationist and doesn’t help. We are children of the universe not of the laboratory.

Eat cosmically, chi-connected and chi-powered, and your health will accelerate. You want your vitality in your belly, not your head.
