Sovreignty and how to find your guidance within

by Jost Sauer

Your organ clock (body clock) holds the secrets to sovereignty and spiritual self-guidance. Gurus and spiritual leaders introduced millions of people to meditation, self-awareness and spiritual practices, exactly what is needed to break free from the old and self-guide to the new. But according to those who are now tapped into the future and using digital mediums such as podcasts to spread the message, this is the age of sovereignty, of self-guidance.

Everything is falling apart in the world (or looks like it is) and, as a result, heaps of people are losing trust in authority figures. But that’s not an accident, it is exactly what we need to shift to looking within for direction. It’s time to start guiding ourselves, and this is where the great adventure begins.

How to find wisdom or guidance within

We all know we have internal wisdom but not many know how to access it. You need a system and, once again, Chinese medicine, sorted that out a long, long time ago. It’s all about your organs and nature’s rhythms. That might sound weird, but Western medicine is slowly heading in the same direction, and is now realising that the future of medicine is ‘organ intelligence.’ And also that health is dependant on letting organs do their work.

Western medicine doesn’t know how to let organs do their work though, and never will, because your organs have physical and metaphysical jobs. And they are an integral part of an entire cosmos of interconnected cycles. Organ health is physical and spiritual and it can’t be looked at in isolation.

Your organs carry your spirit code

And this is where self-guidance enters the picture. Each organ of Chinese medicine (twelve) is connected to a star. And organs carry your spirit code which determines destiny and how you create yourself. Being able to self-guide comes from developing sensitivity to your spirit code, but developing sensitivity to your organs comes first, self-guidance follows.

Sensitivity to organ intelligence begins by harmonising your day with nature’s 24 hour cycle.

Establishing an organ-friendly rhythm automatically aligns you with the cycles of the earth and the great cosmic cycles and opens up otherworldly channels of communication.

Everything I’ve been doing for the last few decades has been about this, about self-guidance through organ enhancing days. All the books, online courses, workshops, retreats, therapy and more. It all comes down to a simple fact; if you want to rule your inner world, and join the exciting new age of sovereignty, start by ruling your day!

You can start right now wherever you are. Get my eBook of Clock On to Health, it’s only $14.99 (AUD) and it’s the ultimate original and entertaining self-guide to developing organ sensitivity and ruling your day. This book was created with a lot of love!
