The Perfect Day Plan is an easy to understand guide to get the most out of your life. It is very cleverly written, straight to the point but also humorous at times. It breaks down a fairly complicated science into an easy to understand format that anyone can follow whether you are new to Chinese medicine or an avid follower. This book is awesome. Anyone with any background in Chinese medicine will love this book. It takes the Chinese Qi clock to the next level with modernized descriptions and daily life suggestions. For those unfamiliar with Chinese medicine and the Qi clock, it will provide you with an excellent introduction into the subject. This book not only helps one to compose a full day and extract the essence out of ones life moment to moment, it also teaches the basic tenets of traditional Chinese medicine. I would not only recommend this book to those interested in Chinese medicine and good health, but I’d also like to see this book used to teach courses in all TCM schools abroad in the United States.
